5G Technology

In India earlier we were using the 3G technology with uses the nearest mobile tower to connect and with the blessings of JIO we are now using LTE.with the advancement in the mobile network technology the speed of internet is drastically increased, In India the first 4G network was launched by the JIO 4G.4G claimed to be 5 times faster than 3G, which provides a downloading speed up to 100 MB/s , now it has improved and a name given to it is 4G LTE.
At the starting phase, jio users were less and by now jio users increases day by day which results in the limitations of the speed, due to rapid increase in the user the jio speed is too much increased. In the upcoming time Internet of things, autonomous driving, virtual reality becomes a major issue due to which we need a high-speed internet which provides a speed of GB/s which is further termed as 5G which is 10 times faster than the present 4G.
Some of the improvements of 5G listed below
• 1-10 Gbps speed
• One millisecond end to end round tip delay
• 1000 times bandwidth per unit area
• 99% availability
• 100% coverage
• Increase battery life for low power machine types
Basically 5G is based on 3 types of technologies
• Millimeter waves
• Small cell networks
• Beamforming

5G Technology

There is some important point we must know:
As much as we increase the frequency there is some advantage and some disadvantage,
Advantages of 5G technology:
• We can send more data with more speed
• The connection will also become fast
• 5G is more efficient and effective
• Huge broadcasting will be possible

Disadvantages of 5G
• range of the connection becomes shorter
• increase in the bandwidth results in difficult to cross the solid wall
•infrastructure cost will be very high
•4G mobiles will not support 5G network and hence replacement is needed.
